Color: Deep garnet red with purple nuances. Powerful and elegant.
Aroma: Aromatically complex. It presents fruity notes of fig and jam combined with aromas of aguaribay, roasted red pepper and tobacco.
Flavor: Sucrose at first, this fleshy red reveals firm tannins that melt towards the end and result in a powerful yet delicate wine. Traces of spices and dried plums.
Pairing: Seasoned meats, hard cheeses and cured meats
