Aperitivo Spritz Aperol, 750 ml
Aperol is part of the snack culture born in Italy. Its history begins with the Barbieri company, created by Giuseppe Barbieri in Padua in 1891 to produce and sell wines and other alcoholic beverages.
Aperol's formula is original and secret. Its flavor is sweet and bitter with only 11% alcohol, which makes it a light aperitif, revolutionary in its time and always modern. Famous in its region, its popularity took off towards the end of the 40s when its consumption took off and it began to be known in other regions of Italy.
The secret was and is the same: their signature drink, the Aperol Spritz apéro, the way the French call the aperitif when they refer to the ritual of drinking and eating something at sunset. The brothers had traveled to France and were inspired by what they saw to name their creation.
